Chamoy Labs is an AI product studio that builds software for startups. Their buyers are technical founders who judge fast.
The Problem
Their site was slow, and it was costing them. A prospect who opens a sluggish page from an “elite AI studio” draws the obvious conclusion before reading a word. The old setup was heavy, hard to update, and didn’t look like the caliber of work it was selling.
What I Built
I rebuilt the site from scratch in two weeks. It loads in under a second anywhere in the world, looks sharp on any phone, and walks a prospect from proof to booking a call. The team also got private visitor analytics with no cookie banners and no third-party trackers, on a site that costs almost nothing to run.
Under the hood
React SPA built with Vite. TailwindCSS with aggressive purging. Single optimized bundle with code splitting, no server-side rendering overhead or hydration penalties. Deployed on Netlify’s edge CDN. Umami analytics: privacy-first, zero cookies, full data ownership.
